Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. We operate 24/7/365 – We never close!

 

Q. Can I make an advanced booking?

A. Yes, you can – this is advisable if you need to get to a station/airport or an appointment.

 

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. We accept all major credit cards. As well as cash and business accounts (subject to a credit check).

 

Q. I need a confirmation for my booking.

A. Please ask for one at the time of booking and the operator will email one in PDF format.

 

Q. Can I get a receipt for a cash job?

A. You can ask the driver directly. A cash job is exempt from VAT.

 

Q. Airport Collections - What if my flight schedule changes?

A. We have a specialist team who check flight times 24 hours a day and adjust collection times accordingly. You don’t have to worry about informing us, we’ll automatically send your car to arrive in time for when your flight lands.

 

Q. Does my child have to be in a child/booster seat in the car?

A. No, it is not a legal requirement for children/babies to be in a baby chair in a booked PCO licenced vehicle, it is at the parent/guardians discretion.
